The Wellness Center offers a variety of classes and programs for all fitness levels!

The "Group Exercise" program provides an innovative approach to exercise. Certified instructors are professionally trained to bring you safe classes.

Power Flex is a one hour total body workout for all fitness levels. The class format includes a warm up using Power Flex barbells and weight plates. The class continues working each major muscle group for approximately 5 minutes each. The class concludes with an abdominal routine and cooldown/stretch.
Class times are currently offered on Tuesday at 9:00 a.m., 5:00 p.m., Thursdays at 9:00 a.m., 5:00 p.m. This class is included in your membership rate.

Body for Life Wellness Center 2009 challenge!

Classes now forming however you may join at anytime.

Training for the Body for Life starts January 5th. Cardio, Nutrition, Body Fat Composition. Weight Training begins January 13 as a supervised group exercise class!

Power Flex

A variety of Jazzercise classes are offered each day at the Wellness Center. There is a $10.00 ($5.00 senior discount) per month fee extra for Wellness Center members. This fee includes unlimited classes.

Jazzercise is a 60 minute workout that combines dance and muscle toning movements choreographed to today's hottest music. Every class includes a warm up, 30 minute aerobic workout, muscle toning and strengthening and a stretch finale.



Jazzercise Lite is a workout that's invigorating, not intimidating! This class combines moderate aerobics with exercises designed to improve your strength, balance, and flexibility. This class is appropiate for all fitness levels!

Jazzercise Body Sculpting is a 55-minute muscle toning workout that features a creative combination of weight training and stretching.

Junior Jazzercise is offered 2-3 times a year. This class is not included but is discounted for Wellness Center members! This class helps develop exercise habits for children. Junior Jazzercise teaches things like coordination, strength and endurance, nutrition and the importance of physical activity. Kids age 6-11 experience the joy of physical movement to todays most popular music.


Current Jazzercise Classes are:

Monday/Wednesday/Friday/Saturday at 9:00 a.m.

Monday/Wednesday at 5:45 p.m.

Tuesday/Thursday at 6:15a.m. and 5:45 p.m.

Sunday at 2:45 p.m. (45 minute class)


Yoga is a means of balancing and harmonizing the body, mind and emotions and is a tool that allows us to withdraw from the chaos of the world and find quiet space within. To achieve this, yoga used movement, breath, posture, relaxation and meditation in order to establish a healthy, vibrant and balance approach to living.

Fitness Yoga...is offered as a mulit-level class at The Wellness Center. It is a hybrid style of yoga that is fitness oriented. The class is much like a traditional hatha yoga class in that it develops and enchances the mind-body connection, yet it follows the traditional group exercise model of warming up the body, then includes a work segment and a cool down. Several classic yoga postures are taught and put together to strengthen and tone muscles; improve flexibility and balance. Yoga is a process. The idea is to focus your awareness on what you are doing and how you feel as you perform the postures. Yoga increases strength by toning the muscles.
