the initiative to live healthier lives and exercise on a regular basis. We have programs that are designed for younger adults,
middle-aged and senior citizens.

The
Wellness Center has an impressive range of state-of-the-art fitness equipment including nautilus, treadmills, ellipitical
cross trainers. We have over 4,000 square feet devoted to free weights. 4 new pieces of Hammer Strength.
We offer a locker
and shower area for members that include a sauna, whirlpool and steamroom in each dressing room. (towels are not provided)
Parking is free in Scott Street Parking building.
Tanning beds & Golf Practice room are available for Wellness
Center members.
Free Body Fat compostion testing available 2-3 times per month. New Womens Only Exercise Room now available. Fitness Express-exercise in 30 minutes or less. Included
in the regular Wellness Center membership
